A manufacturing floor that answers for every order it ships
Krishna Color Lab has printed, bound, mounted and framed photo products to specification from one building in Agra since 2014.

One building, one floor, one standard
Krishna Color Lab opened on Firozabad Road in 2014 doing what most colour labs in Agra did at the time: prints and enlargements, in volume, at speed. What changed since is not the output — it is the amount of manufacturing that now sits behind it, and how little of it leaves the premises.
An album only has to come back wrong once for a client to stop putting its name on what we make.
That is the whole argument for a profiled workflow, a proof before every large run, and calibration on a schedule rather than on a hunch. It is slower than the alternative and it is the reason album work comes here from across Agra and Uttar Pradesh instead of being produced in-house.
Today the lab prints, mounts, binds, stretches, laminates and frames under one roof — nine product lines, start to finish, with nothing subcontracted. The same person who takes the specification is the person who signs the finished order out of the building.

Three things worth writing down
What we are for
To manufacture the objects a photograph ends up as — the album, the framed panel, the bound book — to a standard that holds across a whole season's orders rather than one good run.
Where we are going
To be the lab the trade across India sends its most important work to, because it already knows exactly what will come back and when.
How we hold quality
Calibration on a schedule, a proof before every large run, archival materials as the default rather than the upgrade, and a reprint if we got it wrong.
What is actually in the building
Five rooms, and an order can pass through all of them without leaving the address.

Print floor
Roll and flatbed output up to 44 inches, running profiled stock with a colour target on every sheet.
Finishing bench
Mounting, lay-flat binding, cover assembly and foil blocking, all by hand.
Frame workshop
Moulding cut and joined in-house, bevel-cut mounts, canvas stretched over timber.
Mounting & lamination
Heated roller press for rigid-substrate bonding, face lamination, and acrylic face-mounting under clean-room conditions.
Checking & packing
Every order checked against its approved proof under standardised light, then boxed for collection or packed for despatch.
Send us one job. Judge us on what comes back.
Tell us the product, the size and the quantity — an album, a canvas run, a season of photobooks — and we will come back with a stock, a finish and a despatch date.
