The production capability behind the catalogue

Six services, one building. Products are what leaves here; these are the processes that make them, and not one of them is subcontracted.

Colour-Managed Printing

A profiled workflow from file to sheet: presses re-profiled on a schedule rather than when something looks wrong, viewing lights held to a standard, and a colour target run alongside every job so drift is caught on the machine rather than at collection. This is what makes a reprint ordered next season match the one delivered today.

  • ICC-profiled presses re-calibrated monthly
  • Colour target run alongside every job
  • Soft-proof files supplied before a volume run
  • Standardised viewing light at the checking bench
  • Matched reprints from the archived profiled file

Album Production & Binding

Complete album manufacture on one bench. Spreads are checked for resolution and gutter placement before anything prints, pages are mounted and squared by hand, and covers are made up in-house. Nothing is subcontracted, so a fifty-album season comes back consistent instead of arriving in batches that do not quite match.

  • Spread layout and gutter check before the run
  • Rigid-page mounting and flush-mount assembly
  • Cover making in leather, leatherette and cloth
  • Foil blocking and blind debossing
  • Parent copies produced alongside the main album
Sizes
8×8 to 16×24 inches
Typical turnaround
7–10 days

Photo Finishing

Everything that happens between a printed sheet and a finished object: cutting square to the mark, bonding to substrate, laminating a face that will be handled, stretching canvas over timber, and cutting and joining frame mouldings. All of it under one roof, which is the only reliable way to promise the approved proof is what ships.

  • Trimming and squaring to the cut mark
  • Rigid-substrate mounting and flush trimming
  • Matt and gloss face lamination
  • Canvas stretching over kiln-dried timber
  • Moulding cut, joined, glazed and fitted
Maximum width
44 inches
Typical turnaround
3–5 days

Customisation & Personalisation

The detail work that makes a delivered product belong to one client rather than to any lab: foil-blocked monograms, blind-debossed logos, inset cover windows, branded slipcases and presentation boxes cut to the album's own dimensions. Specified once and recorded, so repeat orders come back identical without re-briefing.

  • Gold, silver and rose foil blocking
  • Blind deboss and embossed cover panels
  • Acrylic and metal cover inlays
  • Presentation boxes and slipcases made to size
  • Client branding recorded for repeat orders

Pre-Press, Restoration & Retouching

Colour correction, resolution checking, album design and the repair of damaged originals. Torn, faded and water-marked photographs are scanned at high resolution, rebuilt by hand and reprinted — and because the original is usually the only copy in existence, it is scanned first and always comes back with the finished work.

  • High-resolution scanning of prints, negatives and slides
  • Tear, crease and water-damage repair
  • Colour-cast correction on faded originals
  • Album design and spread sequencing
  • Retouching for enlargement and album work

Trade & Volume Production

Standing capacity for the trade: bulk runs booked against a schedule, white-label despatch that carries the client's branding rather than ours, matched duplicate sets, and despatch across India. Trade accounts get one named contact and an agreed price before a job starts, so a season can be planned rather than quoted piece by piece.

  • Bulk and seasonal runs booked to a schedule
  • White-label packaging and despatch
  • Duplicate and parent sets printed to match
  • One named contact per trade account
  • Despatch across India, tracked

Tell us the product, the size and the quantity — an album, a canvas run, a season of photobooks — and we will come back with a stock, a finish and a despatch date.
